The data controller, Aqualife®, is a registered trademark of La Marocaine des Eaux Embouteillées, a limited liability company under Moroccan law with its head office located at Commune Oulad Saleh Douar Jouaber - Nouaceur Casablanca, Morocco, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 625363 (hereinafter referred to as “Aqualife®,” or “we”).

In order to comply with regulatory and legal texts and to respect the personal data of its clients, Aqualife® has implemented a privacy policy applicable to personal data collected within the framework of its “Services,” “Products,” or “Job Offers.”

This Policy: This privacy policy defines and informs you of how Aqualife® uses and protects the information you may transmit to us when you use this site accessible from the following URL: https://aqualife.ma/ (hereinafter the “Site”). It:

  • Covers the collection of personal data that we collect through our websites;
  • Details how the information collected via our websites is used and protected;
  • Provides information about your rights of access, rectification, deletion, or opposition regarding your personal data.

  • Right to Lodge a Complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, namely the CNDP in Morocco, if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes applicable data protection laws.

7. Response times

Aqualife® undertakes to respond to your access, rectification, or opposition request or any other additional information request within a reasonable period of time, which shall not exceed 1 month from the receipt of your request.

8. Transfer of data to a non-EU country

Aqualife® informs you that the data collected via our website may be transferred and stored outside the European Union, notably in Morocco, where our head office is located. We ensure that these data transfers are carried out in strict compliance with legal and regulatory provisions on personal data protection. More specifically:
